EventRent is hiring full-time Crew Members for Delivery & Installationideal for those who like physical work, want competitive pay, and enjoy seeing the results of their effort on-site every day.

What You\'ll Do

• Build and break down event gear: Set up tents, stages, tables, chairs, and sound systems at concerts, weddings, and local events all over the Treasure Valley.
• Load, move, and deliver: Get hands-on moving equipment and hauling loads from warehouse to event sitesif youve worked box trucks before, great, but not required.
• Work as a crew: Team up with solid people; meet challenges head-on, solve real problems, and get the job done right.
• Adapt and conquer: Tackle new locations, switch up tasks, handle fast-changing plansnever a boring day.
• Represent the team: Show professionalism on job sites.

What We\'re Looking For

• Physically strong: Able to lift 50 lbs and stay moving for long shifts.
• Reliable and punctual: Comfortable getting up early and working long days.
• Problem-solver: Ready to troubleshoot and figure things out on the fly.
• Valid drivers licensebox truck experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule: Must be okay with some Saturdays and occasional evenings.

What You\'ll Get

• Starting hourly pay: \$17\$22/hr, based on experience and hustle.
• Full-time work all year: Reliable 4055 hours/week.
