Original job description

Join a leading manufacturer in Devens and build products in a cleanroom setting where quality and precision matter. No experience is needed, making this a great way to grow your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on a predictable 12-hour rotation.

Responsibilities

~ Assemble and label components by following written and verbal work instructions in a cleanroom environment. ~ Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality standards. ~ Use barcode scanners and small hand tools throughout the assembly process. ~ Operate and maintain production machinery while following safety standards. ~ Keep your work area clean and organized using 5S standards.

Qualifications

~ No manufacturing experience required. ~ Able to speak, read, and write in English, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for up to 12 hours per shift. ~ Must pass a background check, drug screening, and pre-employment assessment.

Why Join Us ~ Start with no experience and learn cleanroom assembly on the job. ~ Predictable two-on, two-off rotation with day and night shift options. ~ Up to 48 hours in alternating weeks. ~ Ongoing assignment with a leading manufacturer. ~ Access to Eastridge benefits while on assignment.

Shift/Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Two days on, two days off, every other weekend (Friday - Sunday). 36 hours in week one, 48 hours in week two.
