Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing and Septic Services is seeking a motivated and team-oriented experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our fast-paced company located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Install and connect ventilation equipment, including ductwork, vents, and piping
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.
- Train and mentor helper installers to increase productivity
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
- Sheet metal fabrication and installation are a plus.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer.
- Proficient in performing mechanical installation and brazing tasks.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
