What You'll Do
- Load materials into production machines and equipment
- Operate machinery following established work instructions
- Inspect finished parts and identify quality concerns
- Assist with basic machine adjustments and production support
- Maintain accurate production and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Must-Have Requirements
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and lifting movements
- Ability to bend, reach, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Basic reading and math skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow safety policies and supervisor instructions
