Job Duties
- Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery
- Load materials and components into machines
- Inspect parts and products for quality
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Assisting other production departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Must-Have Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Basic reading, counting, and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Work Environment
- Automotive manufacturing facility
- Fast-paced production environment
- Repetitive production and machine operation tasks
- Standing and walking for most of the shift
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and material handling
- Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and production noise
- PPE required in designated production areas
- Overtime may be available based on production schedules
