Our Tech Apprenticeship Program consists of three phases: 1. Software Development Foundation (SDF) 2. - This is a non-paid, part-time, online course that you can complete at your own pace. - Upon successful completion of the SDF course and meeting all requirements, participants qualify for the next phase of classroom training, delivered online. 3. Classroom Training & Interview Opportunities 4. - After completing classroom training, participants will have the opportunity to interview with one of our esteemed corporate partners. - Please note that placement is not guaranteed. 5. Apprenticeship with On-the-Job Experience 6. - If selected for placement, you will receive a monthly stipend. - During your apprenticeship, you will work closely with a mentor to gain real-world experience. Program Requirements: - Typing speed of 35 words per minute - 8th-grade reading comprehension - 18 years or older - Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship - High School Diploma or equivalent
