DPIs Workforce Development Tech Talent Accelerator offers aspiring technologists the chance to learn core software development principles applicable to a wide range of in-demand tech and tech-adjacent roles.

Our Tech Apprenticeship Program consists of three phases:

• Software Development Foundation (SDF)

•

• This is a non-paid, part-time, online course that you can complete at your own pace.
• Upon successful completion of the SDF course and meeting all requirements, participants qualify for the next phase of classroom training, delivered online.
• Classroom Training & Interview Opportunities

•

• After completing classroom training, participants will have the opportunity to interview with one of our esteemed corporate partners.
• Please note that placement is not guaranteed.
• Apprenticeship with On-the-Job Experience

•

• If selected for placement, you will receive a monthly stipend.
• During your apprenticeship, you will work closely with a mentor to gain real-world experience.

Program Requirements:

• Typing speed of 35 words per minute
• 8th-grade reading comprehension
• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• High School Diploma or equivalent
