What You'll Do
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other comfort needs.
• Obtain and record vital signs and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while respecting each patient's dignity and privacy.
• Support nurses and other healthcare team members in delivering safe, quality patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
What We're Looking For
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
