Our client, a beauty brand, is looking for a Freelance Junior Asset Coordinator to join their team. This is a 40 hour per week role for the next 6 months with potential to extend from there. The role is ideally 2-3 days onsite per week at their Stamford, CT location (but flexible based on shoot dates).The Freelance Junior Asset Coordinator will:Upload, catalog, and tag finished video assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.Organize raw footage, project files, and archived content to ensure assets are easy to locate, access, and repurpose.Maintain consistent file naming conventions and folder structures to support efficient workflows.Assist in managing and preserving video assets throughout the production and post-production lifecycle.Support creative and production teams by ensuring content libraries remain organized and up to date.The Freelance Junior Asset Coordinator has:Ideally 2+ years of experience in video editing, digital asset management, or a related field.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with particular proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage large volumes of digital assets and maintain accurate file structures.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Interest in video production and post-production workflows.Eagerness to learn and grow into a video editing role over time.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
