We\'re hiring a Marketing Project Coordinator to join County Materials in Marathon, Wisconsin Job Summary: The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple marketing projects from request intake through final delivery. This role establishes project requirements, schedules, milestones, priorities, and next steps; maintains accurate project information; coordinates stakeholders and resources; and monitors execution to help ensure objectives, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved. Working independently and in partnership with Marketing Channel Leads and Project Managers, this position serves as a central point of coordination for internal customers, Marketing team members, and external vendors and suppliers. The Marketing Project Coordinator proactively identifies priorities, risks, missing information, bottlenecks, and delays; communicates status and expectations; and follows through on actions needed to keep projects moving toward successful completion. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys staying busy, creating order across a high volume of active work, and responding constructively as business needs and priorities change.
