This is a combined 40-hour-per-week position serving both the Richland County Commission on Aging (RCCOA) and Richland County Transit (RCT). The employee will provide homemaker services to eligible older adults through RCCOA and operate transit vehicles for RCT. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with homemaker duties performed from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and transit driving performed from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The schedule may be adjusted based on client needs, transit demand, and operational requirements. This position requires dependability, flexibility, sound judgement, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in both residential and community settings.
