Job Summary The Middle School Athletic Coach (Softball- Chawanakee Chargers) is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading a school athletic team in a manner that supports student growth, teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development. The coach serves as a role model, promoting positive behaviors and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all student-athletes. Requirements / Qualifications Previous coaching experience is preferred. Upon hire, candidates must successfully complete fingerprint clearance and a pre-employment physical, provide proof of a negative TB test and current CPR certification, and complete all required online coaching courses before beginning coaching duties.
