We are seeking a highly motivated System Analyst to join our team and provide end to end support across functional analysis, technical coordination, agile delivery, and operational triage. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable engaging with business stakeholders to refine requirements and working closely with developers to scope technical effort, while also facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting incident resolution.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and experienced in federal environments, with the ability to track and report on security compliance activities such as POA&Ms. The successful candidate will have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, documenting functional and system requirements, analyzing business processes and data flows, supporting system integrations, and coordinating testing activities. This individual should be comfortable working across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure that technology solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements.
