Help Desk Analyst

CGI is seeking new members for our highly collaborative Tier 2 service desk team supporting a variety of Momentum Enterprise Suite related initiatives for our clients. Our members will interact directly with our clients, collaborate with our implementation and operations and maintenance teams to analyze and quickly resolve issues, and participate in frequent professional development and team building. This is a long term position, and work will primarily take place out of CGI Federal's office in Lebanon, VA. This position is located in our Lebanon, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
