CGI Federal is seeking a QA & Testing Management - Lead to manage and lead a multi program Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) operation on a complex federal IT managed services engagement. This is a hands on management role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the activities of testing and quality control systems across a high volume, multi program test environment.
You will oversee test planning, test case development, test automation expansion, defect management, and IV&V of vendor delivered artifacts, while managing a team of software quality and test engineers against defined quality standards and measurable performance indicators. If you bring proven experience managing DT&E or IV&V teams in federal IT environments and thrive in a structured, outcome driven delivery setting where your team's work directly affects mission critical software quality, this role is for you.
