About the Role As a Consultant, Internal Communications, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and elevating communications that support CGI Federal's culture, business priorities, and growth strategy. You'll partner closely with leaders and colleagues across the U.S. and globally - strengthening alignment, fostering transparency, and supporting change in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
You will bring both strategic thinking and hands on execution, helping translate complex topics into compelling content that resonates across diverse audiences. Your work will directly contribute to building a workplace where employees feel informed, valued, and empowered to grow.
The position is located in our Fairfax, VA office (preferred) or our Lafayette, LA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
