CGI is seeking an experienced Insurance Rating Engineer (Ratabase) to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insurance rating solutions that support accurate, compliant, and high-performance premium calculations across multiple insurance products and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in insurance rating engines such as Ratabase (or equivalent), strong Java backend development experience, and a passion for delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
Working closely with actuarial, product, and engineering teams, you will translate complex insurance pricing requirements into robust technical solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
