We are seeking an experienced Benefits Realization Manager to establish rigor around how business value is defined, validated, measured, and realized across strategic initiatives and technology investments.
This role will be responsible for independently assessing proposed project benefits and ROI prior to approval, ensuring that financial assumptions and expected business outcomes are clearly defined, measurable, and supported by appropriate data. The Benefits Realization Manager will work with business, finance, technology, and program teams to identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) impacted by each initiative, understand how those KPIs are calculated, establish appropriate baselines and targets, and define how benefits will be measured following implementation.
Following project delivery, this role will track actual performance against the approved business case, ROI, and KPI commitments to determine whether expected benefits are being realized and to identify gaps requiring further action.
