The Role:
- Consistent weekend morning blocks (approx. 3 hours, e. g., (12 p.m. - 3PM) for structured home play, sensory circuits, and occasional local outings (parks, library).
- Potential for occasional low-key evening babysitting/coverage as needed.
Ideal Background:
- Experience as a school paraprofessional, PCA, RBT, or graduate student in OT / SLP / Special Education.
- Solid grasp of sensory regulation, elopement awareness, and calm redirection.
