About the Job We’re looking for a warm, patient, and reliable part-time nanny for our 22-month-old daughter before she starts daycare in December.
Our daughter is curious and playful but can be shy around new people. We’re hoping to find someone who can gradually build trust through gentle, engaging activities.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in screen-free play, reading, and singing.
- Take her on walks or to nearby playgrounds.
- Help with snacks, meals, and diaper changes.
- Encourage independence and social interaction.
- Tidy up after child-related activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced with toddlers (ages 1–3).
- Patient, gentle, and nurturing.
- Comfortable with gradual separation and a parent working from home.
- Reliable, with strong references.
- CPR/First Aid certified preferred.
We’re happy to start with a paid trial session to help our daughter get comfortable.
