Multiple Caregivers Needed For Fathers Care In Berkeley

About the Job Looking for Caregivers to create a Care Team for my Father. He was recently hospitalized and is in a skilled nursing facility - we are hoping to bring him home. Duties/Schedule can vary based on the shift. He is 77 and has advanced prostate cancer, a broken hip/femur, bilateral nephrostomy drainage, and other health issues. Must be comfortable with emptying drainage bags, incontinence issues, cleaning/organizing his things (sheets, bathroom, meals) etc. He values his self-reliance and will not request help. He requires intuitive caregivers who anticipate needs, monitors daily vitals and bodily trends (intake, elimination, responses), and proactively adjusts care to maintain maximum physical comfort and dignity. The ideal caregivers will have prior experience, be reliable, kind, patient and attentive without being overbearing.Job basics How often: Full timeHourly rate: $20.00 - $35.00/hourWho we're looking for
