About the Job Loving Winter Garden family seeking a reliable, nurturing, experienced part-time nanny for our two children, ages 1. 5 and 2. 5.
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 p.m. Long-term commitment preferred.
We’re looking for someone patient, energetic, and passionate about early childhood development who encourages learning through play, creativity, and exploration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, hands-on care for both toddlers.
- Plan engaging activities: sensory play, crafts, music, reading, and outdoor play.
- Encourage independence and social-emotional development.
- Handle meals, snacks, naps, diapers, and potty training.
- Keep children’s areas tidy and communicate regularly with parents.
Ideal candidate: Experienced with toddlers, dependable, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing), comfortable with dogs, and respectful of our Christian values.
