At CAPSA, we are working toward a world with empowered survivors, safe homes, and children living without fear. Every day, our team shows up with courage and compassion to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in Cache County, Franklin County, and the Bear Lake area.
As our Business Support Specialist, you'll keep the business side of that work accurate and on time. You'll process invoices and vendor payments, record donations and deposits, coordinate purchasing, maintain financial records, and support payroll and benefits, so the people serving survivors have what they need.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right. You're organized, balance competing priorities, and meet recurring deadlines. When something doesn't add up, you notice and help resolve it. You explain detailed information clearly, keep financial, employee, and donor information confidential, and build positive relationships with coworkers, vendors, and partners. Above all, you're committed to CAPSA's mission and values.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint) and proficiency in spreadsheets
- Experience with data entry, reconciliation, purchasing, or accounts payable and receivable

- Experience working in a nonprofit or grant-funded organization

Why CAPSA?
You'll help shape how the work gets done: documenting processes, updating forms and trackers, and moving accounting and grants processes toward digital, standardized workflows. You'll also complete CAPSA's 40-hour Core Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Training, ongoing training, and training in financial systems, internal controls, and cybersecurity.
Full-time (40 hours per week), reporting to our Accounting and Grants Specialist.
If you want your skills in finance and operations to strengthen the communities we serve, we'd love to hear from you.
