Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As the Groundskeeper, you will play an important role in keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents, visitors, and team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform janitorial functions required to maintain the community in a clean and safe condition
- Maintain all public and common areas in accordance with property specifications
- Conduct frequent inspections for cleanliness and maintenance needs
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new occupancy
- Complete required inspection reports and address new problems as they arise
- Assist the maintenance team with preventative maintenance and community repairs when needed
- Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
- Promptly communicate maintenance, safety, or property concerns to the appropriate team member

Qualifications
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or housekeeping experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle/golf cart, if required
- Ability to perform routine cleaning and groundskeeping responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify cleanliness or maintenance concerns
- Ability to work independently while also supporting the community team
