Boqueria is where neighbors come to share plates, pour another glass and stay a little longer. As a server, you're at the heart of it: guiding guests through our menu, keeping drinks full and the tapas flowing, and making every table feel like regulars.
This role is for you if:
- You love hospitality and creating connections with every guest.
- You have a passion for food and service.
- You know we succeed together: you have your team's back, and they have yours.
- You learn quickly, stay flexible and own it when something doesn't go to plan.
- You keep your sense of humor when the room is packed.
What you'll do:
- Create the experience: sweat the details that keep guests coming back and recommending us to friends.
- Guide the table: help guests choose from our shareable tapas, wine and cocktails, and always do the right thing when it comes to allergies and dietary needs.
- Keep it flowing: refill drinks quickly and make sure food arrives on time.
- Bring the energy: take every table up a notch and add to our positive team culture.
What you bring:
- A strong understanding of genuine hospitality.
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
