Our current wage range is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Boqueria is where neighbors come to share plates and stay a little longer. As a backwaiter, you keep it all moving: clearing and resetting tables, supporting our servers and making sure the room always looks its best.

This role is for you if:

• You love being part of a fast-paced service team.
• You tackle every task with a smile.
• You know we succeed together: you have your team's back, and they have yours.
• You learn quickly, stay flexible and own your section.
• You keep your sense of humor when the room is packed.

What you'll do:

• Keep the room ready: clear and reset tables quickly, professionally and effectively.
• Sweat the details: keep the whole restaurant and its perimeter clean and looking its best.
• Support the team: help make sure food, drinks and service consistently meet Boqueria's standards.
• Bring the energy: take every shift up a notch and add to our positive team culture.

What you bring:

• An understanding of restaurant operations and service.
• A positive attitude and the energy for a busy dining room.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
