Boqueria is where neighbors come to share plates, pour another glass and stay a little longer, and the bar is where it all starts. We're looking for bartenders who love making people happy, mixing great drinks and creating regulars who come back time after time.
This role is for you if:
- You love making people happy and creating connections across the bar.
- You know your spirits, wine regions, varietals and flavor profiles.
- You know we succeed together: you have your team's back, and they have yours.
- You learn quickly, stay flexible and own it when something doesn't go to plan.
- You keep your sense of humor when the bar is three deep.
What you'll do:
- Create the experience: sweat the details that make guests feel at home and keep them coming back.
- Run the bar: prepare and serve every drink to our standards.
- Do the right thing: serve responsibly and look out for every guest.
- Bring the energy: take every visit up a notch and add to our positive team culture.
What you bring:
- Strong beverage knowledge: spirits, wine regions, varietals and flavor profiles.
- A passion for drinks, food and service.
- An understanding of restaurant operations and service.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
