Comsource Management, an Associa company is looking for an experienced, service-oriented Onsite General Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily condominium operations, partnering with the Board of Directors, supporting residents, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the community is well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily condominium operations and onsite management.
- Serve as the primary contact for the condominium board, residents, and vendors.
- Attend board meetings and provide operational updates and recommendations.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services.
- Supervise onsite staff/contractors and coordinate daily work activities.
- Address resident concerns and respond to time-sensitive issues.
- Assist portfolio community manager with budget oversight, financial reporting, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with condominium governing documents, applicable laws, and company policies.
- Maintain an onsite presence to oversee building operations and support the needs of the community.
Salary range: $80,000 to $85,000
- 3–5 years of condominium or community association management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with Boards of Directors, vendors, and residents.
- Proficiency with community management software and technology
- Experience with RFPs (Requests for Proposals), including coordinating vendor bids, reviewing proposals, and supporting vendor selection.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues effectively.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and positive community relationships.
- Professional certifications such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM are a plus.
