Year-round availability is required. Arpeggio is hiring Servers. If you love welcoming people, staying organized in a fast-paced setting, and delivering standout hospitality, we’d love to meet you. You’ll be part of a supportive team that cares deeply about the guest experience and works together to keep service smooth. Pay is $5 per hour plus tips. Schedule: Full-time and part-time roles available. Must be at least 21 years old and able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Shifts: Lunch starts at 10:30; Dinner starts at 3:30.
What you’ll do:
- Provide attentive, upbeat service while managing multiple tables at once
- Take accurate orders and deliver timely courses with clear, friendly communication
- Support the restaurant where needed, including Take Out (tipped), Running (tipped), Expo (tipped), and/or Hosting
- Collaborate with your team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Serving experience is necessary
- You MUST be at least 21 years old to serve
- Positive attitude, strong organization, and the ability to multitask
- You must be reliable: references may be requested to confirm
Take Out Availability(tipped): You must be available and willing to work Take Out, which is also very well tipped - usually comparable to serving tips. Must be a team player: Be ready to help out in other roles as needed to keep the restaurant running at its best.
