Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to support the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our property during overnight hours. In this role, you will help maintain a welcoming and orderly environment for guests, residents, and team members by responding to service needs, assisting with cleaning tasks, and ensuring common areas remain presentable and safe.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, back-of-house spaces, and assigned facilities during overnight shifts.
- Assist with setting up, breaking down, and resetting rooms or event spaces as needed.
- Respond to guest or team member requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Support housekeeping operations by delivering supplies, linens, and equipment to designated areas.
- Remove trash, restock supplies, and keep storage and work areas organized.
- Monitor assigned areas for safety, maintenance concerns, or items requiring attention and report issues promptly.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and other special assignments as directed.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and property standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and front-line teams to support overall operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently during overnight hours.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning supplies or equipment as needed.
- Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and performing physically active tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Flexibility to work overnight schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
