Responsible for installing marble and granite tops, assembling finished products using tools, machines, and their own hands. Fabricates various types of products. Salary negotiable and depends on experience.
To apply for an Install Leader position you must be able to:
- Fill and fit all Fabricator and Polisher requirements
- Drive a box truck from the main shop to every job site. (Drivers License Required)
- Show an ability to lead a crew of skilled laborers to complete a job in an efficient manner
- Fix joints on site
- Understand which glues and epoxies must be used on individual stones
- Occasionally bring back templates or measurements that will be cut.
- Work as a Fabricator or Polisher in the shop when there are no installs available, your hourly will not change.
- Keep a clean and tidy truck. The truck will be provided to you including all tools inside the truck which are assigned to that specific truck.
- Properly lift 100 pounds, and understand when you can't lift something by yourself.
