Shop Helper

Full-Time. Responsible for assisting with the production process in fabrication. Moves carts and dollies with items on them, unloads trucks and boxes, and loads pieces onto conveyor belts. Assists in cleanup. salary negotiable and depends on experience.

The Helper/Training position requires no experience, you will be mentored by our senior employees in every position and as you learn you will be promoted to one of the three positions available. If you fall into a position you do not prefer we can continue training in another position, you will be assessed by your peers and management to see where your best fit is. While in training you will be seen as a helper to all trades, and they might ask for your assistance while training. Refer to all position requirements to understand what it will take to achieve those careers. You will be mixed between the main shop and installations on job sites with our Install Leaders.
