  • Apply strong knowledge of composition, color, scale, balance, spatial design, merchandising principles, and current visual trends to create engaging environments.
  • Maintain and uphold established brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and brand integrity throughout the property.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, Operations, Guest Services, tenants, vendors, and other internal stakeholders to support visual initiatives and center-wide programming.
  • Execute the installation, refresh, maintenance, and removal of visual displays, including seasonal and promotional transitions.
  • Arrange and position displays, fixtures, props, signage, and other visual elements to maximize visibility, functionality, and overall aesthetic impact.
  • Regularly inspect visual installations and displays to ensure they remain clean, organized, visually appealing, and consistent with established standards.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory of visual merchandising supplies, materials, tools, props, fixtures, and décor required to successfully execute upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate and place orders for visual supplies and materials in advance of upcoming campaigns, installations, and activations.
  • Support the organization, storage, maintenance, and tracking of reusable visual assets and materials.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and highly organized workspace and storage environment.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and maintaining a high standard of creative execution.
  • Execute operational processes efficiently while balancing creative priorities with timelines, budgets, available materials, and business needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members during installations and larger-scale visual projects, including projects requiring coordination across multiple areas of the property.
  • Perform other related visual merchandising, design, and special project responsibilities as needed.
