AllDayShirts.com is opening a new direct-to-film (DTF) production facility in Lebanon, PA, and we are looking for dependable Print Production Operators to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in apparel printing, digital printing, or a production print shop. DTF experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do .Set up and operate DTF printing equipment. .Monitor print quality and ensure each job matches order specifications. .Load film, inks, and other production supplies. .Identify print quality, color, and production issues. .Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance. .Work with the equipment technician when repairs are needed. .Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. .Perform other duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For .Experience in DTF, DTG, screen printing, wide-format printing, or a similar production print environment is preferred. .Strong attention to detail and print quality. .Comfortable operating production equipment and working in a fast-paced environment. .Ability to follow job instructions and production specifications. .Good communication and problem-solving skills. .Dependable, organized, and willing to learn new equipment and processes. .Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Direct DTF experience is a plus, but it is not required. We welcome dependable candidates with related printing or production experience who are willing to learn.
