Fast paced growing company is opening a DTF production facility in Lebanon, PA, and we are looking for a hands-on Print Supervisor to oversee daily production, support print operators, and maintain quality and productivity. What You Will Do .Supervise daily DTF printing and finishing operations. .Coordinate production schedules and assign work to operators. .Monitor print quality, productivity, and order accuracy. .Train employees and ensure safe equipment operation. .Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues. .Work with the equipment technician to resolve machine problems. What We Are Looking For .Experience in DTF, DTG, screen printing, wide-format printing, or similar production printing. .Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. .Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. .Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.
