Welder Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform MIG welding on steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel components.
- Produce clean, accurate welds that meet quality standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production drawings.
- Adjust welding equipment as needed to maintain quality and consistency.
- Fabricate products with and without fixtures using various hand and power tools.
- Verify completed work meets print requirements and customer specifications.
- Communicate production concerns and quality issues professionally with supervisors and team members.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support additional production needs as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- MIG welding experience.
- Experience welding galvanized steel, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, tolerances, and quality specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills and measurement knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience.
- Ability to accurately read tape measurements, including fractions and decimals.

Work Environment This position is located in a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary throughout the year and production equipment creates a moderate-to-loud work environment. Second and third shift opportunities are available and include shift differential pay.
