Job DescriptionThis entry-level warehouse role focuses on packaging, material handling, inventory accuracy, and shipping support in a modern, large-scale manufacturing facility. You work on your feet for most of the shift, read and follow work orders in English, and collaborate closely with team members to ensure products are picked, packed, and staged correctly for shipment.Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly identifying, labeling, stocking, and recording materials and supplies.
• Read and interpret work orders in English to pick the correct parts and materials.
• Stage products for shipment, ensuring orders are complete and ready for loading.
• Lift materials and products up to 50 pounds infrequently, using proper safety techniques.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including checking in materials and preparing outgoing shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when required and if trained.
• Support inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday on either 1st shift (6:30 a.m.3:30 p.m.) or 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.11:30 p.m.).

The plant features large overhead fans, climate-controlled production areas, and air-conditioned breakrooms and restrooms to support a pleasant workday. The environment is team-oriented and highly collaborative, with regular employee engagement events such as food trucks, company picnics, monthly raffles, and group outings to football, hockey, and baseball games. Work is performed on structured shifts: 1st shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with a shift differential for second shift. Dress is typical for a warehouse and manufacturing setting, prioritizing safety, practicality, and readiness for hands-on work with materials and equipment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Clinton, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52520.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Direct Placement opportunity from day 1.
