Daily Responsibilities:
🔹 Operate manufacturing and production equipment🔹 Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility🔹 Inspect products to ensure quality and production standards are met🔹 Assist with machine setup and basic equipment adjustments🔹 Measure materials and finished products using tape measures and other tools🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment🔹 Support production goals while following safety and quality procedures🔹 Cross-train throughout multiple departments to develop new skills and increase earning potential What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, construction, landscaping, or general labor Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment Experience using hand tools and measuring tools Ability to read a tape measure accurately Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and quality Grow Your Skills.
