Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team working on a food processing and production line. This role involves various positions throughout the processing plant, from handling raw ingredients, adding seasonings and other ingredients, to blending and grinding. The production process includes canning, steaming (pressure cooking), bagging, palletizing, and shipping the final product.Responsibilities
- Handle raw ingredients and add necessary seasonings.
- Blend and grind ingredients as required.
- Operate machinery for canning, steaming, and bagging products.
- Palletize and prepare products for shipment.
- Perform repetitive tasks and stand for the entire shift.
- Lift up to 45 pounds and work in a 40-degree temperature environment.
- Execute tasks involving bending, lifting, and twisting.
- Navigate stairs to access the lunch room.
Essential Skills
- Experience in packaging, food production, and general labor.
- Ability to operate a forklift and perform machine operations.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
