What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding machines
• Prepare molds and load production materials for manufacturing runs
• Remove finished products from molds and perform trimming and cleaning as needed
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Read and follow production work instructions and process sheets
• Complete minor machine and mold maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with rotational molding, injection molding, or similar production processes preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Experience using hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, move throughout the facility, and perform physical tasks as required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $45000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
