What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment
- Receive and verify incoming materials and inventory
- Store materials accurately and maintain inventory organization
- Operate warehouse equipment and powered industrial trucks as needed
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Preferred
- Manufacturing or assembly experience
- Forklift experience
- Experience with inventory, ERP, or shipping systems
🏭 Work Environment
- Clean, climate-controlled facility
- Active role involving standing, walking, reaching, and lifting
- Work areas may include room temperature, refrigerated, and freezer environments
- Overtime available and occasionally required based on production needs
