Heavy Lifting Bagger

Job Title: Heavy Lifting BaggerJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Bagger, where you will be responsible for loading and filling 50-pound bags on a conveyor belt. You will work in a cheese manufacturing plant, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements are met.Responsibilities

• Follow all GMPs and work consistently with corporate and regulatory food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Run Beta Vac and bag sealer ensuring there are no leaks.
• Weigh blocks and place label tickets on blocks and boxes.
• Operate boxing machinery and the robot.
• Maintain operating records, including block counts.
• Master sanitation as needed.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift 50-pound bags as needed.
• Basic computer skills for documenting work orders.
• Ability to read and understand work orders in English.
• Proficient in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, lifting, and general labor.
• Team player with production and warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with stacking pallets and warehouse production.
