Laboratory TechnicianWe are looking to add to our laboratory team! You will perform a wide range of testing activities to analyze properties of various materials. This role prepares samples, conducts standardized laboratory tests using advanced scientific instrumentation, and ensures accurate, reliable data to support quality assurance and production processes. If you have experience in a lab setting, are familiar with standardization and scientific instruments, you are encouraged to apply. - Prepare test samples for analysis and perform various tests, such as chemical analysis, tensile tests, hardness tests, electrical conductivity, microscopic examinations etc
- Record test results and generating reports
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to assure accurate data measurements
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory
Qualifications
- Previous experience in materials testing, laboratory work or metal processing.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently, and assuring delays to production are minimal
- Using laboratory equipment such as a mass spectrometer and related software is required. Proficiency in Microsoft products and company ERP system.
- Ability to work independently

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
