Yard Loader - 2nd/3rd shift Shift $18.00-$19.00/hour (Based on Experience) Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM and 11PM-730AMWe're looking for dependable Forklift Operators to join a busy manufacturing team. This position involves operating forklifts, moving materials throughout the production floor, conducting quality checks, and supporting daily manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products
- Load, unload, and stage materials for production
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality standards
- Assist with production and machine operations as needed
- Read tape measures and follow work instructions accurately
- Lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 70 lbs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work closely with production teams to meet daily goals
Qualifications
- Previous forklift, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Experience using hand and power tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment
