What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support crews on commercial concrete and construction projects
- Move and organize materials throughout active job sites
- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and daily operations
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
- Support formwork, material installation, and construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction drawings
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans
- Experience operating hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and leadership mentality
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between project locations
- Tilt-up construction experience is a plus, but not required
