Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Support international marketing initiatives with a strong focus on beauty products and consumer trends.
- Conduct market research and analyze beauty industry data to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Leverage knowledge of the China market and Mandarin or Cantonese language skills to support regional marketing activities and communications.
- Monitor Gen Z consumer behavior, emerging beauty trends, and digital platforms to provide actionable marketing recommendations.
- Coordinate and organize marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Develop strategic marketing presentations, campaign proposals, and marketing books that effectively communicate marketing objectives and rationale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and production teams, to support campaign execution and content development.
- Assist with photoshoot and content production preparation, ensuring all marketing assets and materials are delivered on schedule.
- Manage digital asset workflows and coordinate execution across internal and external partners.
- Provide administrative support for purchase orders (POs), approvals, budget tracking, and vendor follow-up activities.
- Support agency work orders (AWs), purchase order processing, and project administration to ensure smooth marketing operations.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful project completion.
Candidates for Marketing Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Knowledge of China market trends and Gen Z consumer behavior.
- Passion for beauty products and the beauty industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $25.11 to $22.00 per hour
