Registered Behavioral Technician
Job Summary:
Achievers ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician to join our exceptional team of professionals. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18, in-home settings throughout Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City, and the greater Indiana region. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback
- Demonstrate clinical competence and adherence to established treatment protocols
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
