As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy across clinic-based and in-home settings throughout Northwest Indiana.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for children with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in accordance with established treatment plans
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborating with BCBAs to modify treatment plans and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress
• Providing ongoing support and coaching to families and caregivers

Requirements:

• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
