Job Description
ZT Group Int'l, Inc. dba ZT Systems seeks a Sr. Customer Operations Analyst in Secaucus, NJ.
Duties:
- Meet with customers to discuss delivery metrics and provide actual and projected achievement feedback.
- Participate in the design and implementation of supply chain planning that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions and new business opportunities.
- Identify supply risks and prepare mitigation actions.
- Understand demand from master schedulers to ensure healthy supply plan.
- Understand root causes for shortages and drive actions to recover in fastest possible duration.
- Regularly scan the industry to ensure awareness of supply risks.
- Collaborate with counterparts to ensure end-to-end supply-demand optimization.
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Follow established inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to drive the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.
- Collaborate with internal team members to maintain scalable processes and procedures to enable a dynamic supply chain.
Telecommuting permitted within the MSA.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Customer Operations Analyst, or related role.
Requires 2 years of experience with the following:
- Excel and parsing technical data into meaningful results.
- SAP (MRP tool).
- End to end supply chain from product development through product end of life.
- Demand and supply planning.
- Identifying supply risks and driving proactive mitigation measures.
- Business and technical knowledge translating requirements into system and process automation.
- Data analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Following inventory management procedures.
- Implementing and maintaining scalable processes and procedures to enable a dynamic supply chain.
- Cross-functional team leadership for a fast past and quickly evolving environment.
In Lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Customer Operations Analyst, or related role, Petitioner will accept a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus any amount of experience or knowledge as a Supply Chain Analyst, Customer Operations Analyst, or related role.
Requires any amount of experience or knowledge with the following:
- Excel and parsing technical data into meaningful results.
- SAP (MRP tool).
- End to end supply chain from product development through product end of life.
- Demand and supply planning.
