About Zingage Zingage is an AI-powered home healthcare platform serving 400+ agencies, 150,000 caregivers, and 150,000 clients nationally. Zingage is growing over 30% month over month over $40M in upsell pipeline alone. The company's AI products, Casey Coordinator, Riley Receptionist, and Perform, automate scheduling, after-hours coverage, and caregiver engagement for home care agencies nationwide. The Role Zingage is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the technical backbone of its go-to-market engine. This is a build role, not an operate role. The right person will design, ship, and maintain the systems, automations, and workflows that turn growth strategy into pipeline, revenue, and closed deals. This role reports directly to the CEO with daily interaction. This role is a force multiplier: shipping daily, building infrastructure from scratch, and operating at founder speed. That's the bar.
Responsibilities
GTM Infrastructure & Automation
- Build and maintain automated call assignment systems, pre-call sales briefs, and deal tracking workflows
- Own enrichment pipelines, lead routing logic, and outbound campaign infrastructure from list building to sequencing to delivery
- Design and ship CRM automations that eliminate manual work and give leadership real-time pipeline visibility
- Build internal dashboards and trackers for sales performance, pipeline progression, and campaign ROI
Growth Experiments & Revenue Operations
- Ship growth experiments fast: cold call campaigns, upsell blitzes, paid social setup, BDR tooling and iterate based on data
- Build tooling that enables the sales team (BDRs, closers, enterprise AEs) to execute at scale
- Own the technical side of upsell motions across Zingage's customer base: segmentation, targeting, sequencing, measurement
- Set up and optimize paid acquisition infrastructure as needed: tracking pixels, attribution, landing pages
CEO's Technical Right Hand
- Translate growth strategy into executable technical systems, bridging ambition and infrastructure
- Move at founder speed: scope, build, and ship solutions on aggressive timelines
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the GTM motion and build solutions before being asked
- Maintain and evolve the RevOps stack: CRM hygiene, data integrity, reporting accuracy, tool integrations
Requirements
- 1–4 years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, RevOps, or sales operations at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience building scrappy automation: scripts, no-code workflows, API integration. Not just operating existing tools
- Comfortable in a stack that includes Slack, Notion, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and custom internal tooling
- Proficiency with at least one of: Python, JavaScript, SQL, or no-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) at a builder level
- Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline mechanics, and outbound infrastructure
- Track record of shipping things that directly impacted revenue, not just building reports about it
- Experience with AI-native workflows is a strong plus eg Claude Code
You Might Be a Fit If…
- You've built a system at 11pm on a Tuesday because the team needed it by Wednesday morning and it worked
- You get restless when you haven't shipped something tangible in 48 hours
- You'd rather build a janky-but-working v1 in 4 hours than a polished spec in 4 days
- You've searched "how to connect [obscure API] to [CRM]" more times than you can count
- You light up when someone says "we need to 10x outbound this month" because you immediately see the systems to build
- You don't need to be managed, you need to be pointed at a problem and unblocked
- You thrive in controlled chaos and find big-company processes suffocating
What Zingage Offers
- Direct, daily access to the CEO. No layers, no politics, no waiting for approvals
- A high-leverage role where the systems you build directly move millions in pipeline
- Equity in a rapidly growing early stage company with $40M+ upsell opportunity
- A front-row seat to scaling an AI-native healthcare platform from growth stage to market leadership
- A team that values speed, agency, and impact over titles, meetings, and process
- Competitive salary + equity
How to Apply Skip the cover letter. Send two things to victor+gtm@zingage.com:
- A link to something you've built - a workflow, a dashboard, a system, an automation. Anything that shows you ship.
- A short note (3–5 sentences) on what you'd build in your first 2 weeks if the brief was: "We have 50 customers to upsell and a sales team ready to deploy."
